Networking Session: Three 3-4 hours long networking sessions will be arranged for university female students. One will be with the leading IT personnel with the students and another will be with the promising and successful entrepreneurs with the students. These will be in Khulna, Chittagong and Rajshahi.

Workshop for Women Entrepreneurs (Facebook Marketing): To increase digital competency for the women entrepreneurs, the following hands-on workshops will be arranged in separate days. Each of these will be for one day long training session with the proper guidelines to follow to hone the digital skills.

Networking Session with Women Tech Leaders in Bangladesh: Most of the girls are afraid of STEM and IT because of lack of inspiration, proper guideline and role models. Our previous study and experiences demonstrated a stronger commendation for this motivational session to break the myths surrounding women in STEM and IT and bring more girls in these sectors.

Code Sprint: To increase the involvement of girls in the ICT sector we want to organize a programming code sprint for the girls on the occasion of women's day. A code sprint is a dedicated session in which a group of people comes together at a place to work on code for a project. Examples of code sprint sessions could include working on project planning, analysis, and architecture work. Typically, two to three experienced individuals will be brought together for a daylong event.
