The "STEM & ICT Skills for Girls of Coastal Areas (SISGCA)" project represents a vital step towards bridging the educational divide and fostering a brighter future for the girls of coastal Bangladesh. This program's main objective is to increase parents' awareness to empower girls, starting from primary education and extending to their integration into employment. In this journey, we have noticed that they need support from their families, friends, teachers, and other sources. The key message we want to convey is that when girls have a conducive environment for education, their potential is unfettered. They can access many support systems to help them thrive.
